It was a "rowdy" afternoon at the recording studio where we have lots of fun. Apart from the usual updates, chatting and posing for photos, the essence of this afternoon's programme was from a lady listener.

She requested Fenying to repeat the contact number again....and slowly....because she was "disturbed" twice by an aeroplane which flypast her house whenever Fenying announce the contact number. In her words "每 次 你 报 电话 号码， 那 飞机 就 飞 来 吵 我, 我 就 听 不到!".....very humorous lady! Ha Ha Ha

CERTIFICATE IN POST NATAL MASSAGE

Post–natal massages bring body back to its pre-pregnancy condition by retaining muscles and connective tissue. It also provides a sense of continuing comfort for the new mother.

Benefits of post-natal massage include relaxation, relief mother of tension and stress from everyday activities and mothering duties. It relieves aches on shoulder and neck from carrying or feeding your newborn.

1. Understanding Basic Body Anatomy
2. Contraindications before/during Massage
3. Application of Binding Techniques
4. Sequence of Massage
5. Practical aspects of treatment
7 Hands-on practice

Duration : 16 hours (4 HRS X 3 SESSIONS)

Schedule : Mar 21, 28, Apr 11 and 18 (Sundays)

It was indeed a good cause just before the Lunar New Year.
