A group of Enthusiastic Professionals and "Would-Be Therapists" attended our Week-End Certificate In Chair Massage on 15 Dec 2007 . Training is conducted on Domestic Chair and Body Rocking….. Elbow Pressing….. Chopping….Kneading….. techniques were imparted on how to release the upper and lower back muscles to relieve strain on the head, stiff neck and shoulder, aching wrist, tense lower back etc.
It was a fun Saturday with LOTS OF RYTHMN AND LAUGHTER and of course a relaxed body and new skills set!! Well Done Trainer Kenny Lim and Guys!
